Adynex Foundation's community workshop program has reached a significant milestone — 2,000 fresh graduates across 12 Tier-2 cities have now received free career guidance, resume coaching, and interview preparation.
The program, launched in early 2025, targets graduates from smaller cities who often lack access to quality career counseling. Workshops cover career path assessment, resume building, LinkedIn optimization, and mock interview sessions.
Results have been remarkable: 85% of workshop participants secured placement within three months, with an average starting salary 28% higher than the regional median for fresh graduates.
Cities covered include Ranchi, Bhubaneswar, Indore, Jaipur, Lucknow, Patna, Raipur, Guwahati, Coimbatore, Mysore, Nagpur, and Vizag. Each city hosts a two-day intensive workshop with follow-up mentoring for 90 days.
The foundation plans to expand the program to 25 cities by the end of 2026 and introduce specialized workshops for students interested in technology careers, government exam preparation, and entrepreneurship.
